I am literally blogging and taking a shit.
But here’s what I wanted to say:
You know you’ve exercised your ass off when you’re taking a shit, and even the littlest of pushes causes soreness/pain in your tummy.

I’ve cut back the cardio and only do it as a warmup now for 10 mins. I stopped ruing and continued my regular workouts only. Loving the results, hips are now a 37” (used to be a 34”). Lifting ftw!
